Managing Groups
It makes organizing contacts in Windows Mobile more efficient when you
have a utility to manage
the various groups in your address book. 1Touch Contacts provides that
capability. Not only can you add, edit or remove a group, you can also
send an SMS or Email to a Group using the Group Manager. The 'Company'
or 'Category' field can be used to create Contact Groups. If your
mobile phone is not near you and you hear it ringing, wouldn't it be
nice to know
whether the call is from your company, home or friends? Group Manager
provides that nifty feature to set a ringtone for a group.
Adding or removing contacts from a group is done with the help of the Smart
Selection List. Clicking on the Filter menu key would display the list
of contacts belonging to the selected group. Clicking on 'Remove
Filter' in the contacts display menu (item# 8) would remove the filter
and display all contacts in the address book.
